Ignoring the basic principles on which India gained it's existence in 1947
Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greeks, Romans, Chinese, Russian, Aztec, Maya, Aboriginal Australians, Neanderthals, other Human species, all are totally lost or integrated into new identities
It's the reason for our population, it's the reason for our civilization, it's the biggest crisis and we are ignoring it
What you get is always greater than what you risk, and hence the system continues.

We still act feeble in many instances, does Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Tibbet, China, Japan, Korea, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and other nations recognise and appreciate the fact that their way of life has been heavily inspired and altered by ours?
Even local goons in small areas enjoy power, is it reasonable?
Same goes for someone like Sikhs in the second point, or Muslims.
Even a college president acts as if he has conquered India
Ultimately, history teaches you something. This answer could be thought of as too generic for some and I apologise for that, there are obviously more concerns as well, but none is too great at the moment for our civilization. But if we have to last for centuries, we must think about all these and more to ensure consistency of our past, present and future.

None of the these issue is unthought by the founders, nor does the current government take any of these issues lightly, but major concern is that conflicts within these issues can sometimes be seen. And it's only through extra hard work in other areas that these issues are usually prevented from becoming major.
